Each unit comes with one space in the gated garage. Plenty of permit parking is available on the street. You can purchase multiple permits for a nominal fee at www.weho.com. PLEASE NOTE: all moving trucks require a special day parking permit that you can purchase for a nominal fee. You must get this to avoid a ticket and fines. Once obtained, the city will block off a space in front of the building for the truck to park. Please contact the city directly to coordinate (323) 848-6400.
Yes, although we encourage residents to report any questionable activity to the managers right away.
There is no weight limit on dogs, but we do have restrictions against agressive breeds. A $500 pet deposit is required.
You will need to complete an application and sign the rental criteria form.
Unfortunately no, we must run your credit through our own agency.
It is a residential neighborhood flanked by Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd., so there is a some activity nearby, but the street itself is quiet. All of the units have brand new double-pane windows that insulate for sound and temperature.
The security deposit is $1000.00.
We are conveniently located one block from the Sunset Strip and one block from Santa Monica Blvd. There are a myriad of local attractions, including clubs, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If we do not receive the rent by the 6th, we will charge 1% of the rent as a late fee.
All maintenance requests must be made in writing on The Otis Maintenance Request forms and submitted in the maintenance request box located by the mailboxes in the lobby of the building. All of the fields must be filled out for your request to be processed. Forms are kept by the box in the lobby for your convenience or you can download & print a Maintenance Request form here.
